PDI in Viña del Mar detains suspect that sold cannabis using an organic food stand as a front

PDI Officers from the Viña del Mar Criminal Investigation Brigade detained A.O.C.E. (25) for violating Law 20,000, after being caught trafficking cannabis sativa in small quantities.

The accused, who identified himself as part of the Rastafarian community in committing the wrongdoing, concealed the sale of the illicit substance through the sale of organic food on a cart right downtown in the Garden City.

According to sources in the investigation, the antisocial had been removed previously for not paying taxes on the food sales. However, he kept in touch with some of the people he sold marijuana to.

The detainee was put to the disposition of the Viña del Mar Court of Guarantee.
