Great Mutt Summit in Valparaiso's Cultural Park

This Saturday December 10 will be an unforgettable day for the mutt world of the city, when at two pm starts the great ExpoMutt in the esplanade at the Cultural Park of Valparaíso.

Talent Mutt, the Doggy Flash and Miss Mutt Beauty Show are some of the events in which dogs and their owners can show off their skills and charisma, always under the watchful eye of their master or mistress, who should arrive with his dog with the respective collar and leash and of course, a way take charge of doggy bowel movements.

The day that will extend until six o'clock will feature special talks, canine alternative medicine, food and treats, information and veterinary attention, all with FREE ADMISSION! It's expected to be an educational, participative and unique afternoon, since never before has there been more than a passing glance directed towards our mutts, our companions at home and in the yard, never aroused specialized interest events like this one.

Masters and mistresses interested in participating with their dog in the talent and beauty contest must register on Facebook. For the Talent activity, the pet must be previously registered on Facebook, for the beauty contest which will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd, owners must upload a photo of their pet with a description of how they met or was adopted, in addition to some history of his mutt life. The photos will have to be sent by message and an album will be published so that people can vote, they will win the photo that has more likes at the end of the week. Also the day of the event will be awarded the Title of Fastest Mutt to the fastest mutt: go fetch a ball and return, the one that delays less will be the winner.

Everyone will participate in this laudable initiative, organized by the Cultural Park and a group of students of the Commercial Engineering career of the Catholic University of Valparaiso, Valparaíso Animal Protection Societies, Adoption Foundations like Stuka, Veterinarians of Provetas, Training Center Santo Tomás, Veterinary Medicine School Andrés Bello University, Drag Pharma with Medicines for Dogs, Psychology and canine training with Lobos de Lobos, Pet food with BeFoods, in addition to Informative Stands, Alternative Animal Medicine and Dog Hairdressers.

Port citizens are therefore invited to arrive with their dog at the Cultural Park this Saturday, December 10, from 2:00 p.m. to enjoy an afternoon specially prepared for Man's best friend, with free admittance!
